回坡底矿选煤厂粗煤泥工艺优化研究

摘要: 摘要:回坡底矿选煤厂精煤磁尾直接回收作为粗精煤泥,产品灰分高。原生粗煤泥可选性为中等可选,在实验室三种粗煤泥分选机上进行了分选可行性研究。结果表明:煤泥重介旋流器和TBS均具有较高分选效果,结合设备特点和现场厂房布置,粗煤泥系统改造采用TBS最优。通过改造前后总精煤产率的估算,预测通过改造选煤厂销售收入可显著提高。

Abstract: Abstract: The tailings of clean coal magnetic separation of Huipodi coal preparation plant was recycled directly as coarse coal slime with high ash content. The washability of primary slime coarse coal slime was Medium optional. And experimental studies of separation feasibility on three coarse coal slime separators were conducted. Experimental results indicated that slime dense medium cyclone and TBS had better separation performance. Combined with the characteristics of the equipment and the plants layout, TBS should be adopted in the reconstruction of coarse coal slime system. The sales revenue of coal preparation plant can significantly increase by estimation after transforming of coarse coal slime system.
